How returns work

Initiate return
Log into your account, open the order, and click Request Return within 14 days of delivery.

Get return label
We email you a prepaid return label for Belgium / EU. Print it and stick on the original packaging.
3
Ship back
Drop the package at any post office or carrier point within 7 days. Tracking is included.

Receive refund
Within 3 business days of receipt, we refund to your original payment method.
Eligible for return
- Uninstalled, unused parts in original packaging
- Items with all original accessories, manuals, and hardware
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order number)
Not eligible
- Electrical parts (sensors, injectors) once installed or with damaged seals
- Parts showing signs of use, mounting, or modification
- Custom orders, special-order items, or core charges
- Items returned after the 14-day window
Damaged or wrong item?
If your order arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong part, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send the correct part or process a full refund at no cost — including return shipping.
